style="font-size:150%;">Depending on whether you are signed up for <strong>Decaf</strong>, <strong>Regular</strong>, or <strong>Bold</strong>, your Appointment Café subscription includes <strong>300</strong>, <strong>600</strong>, or <strong>900</strong> messages respectively per month.  It is a good idea to check your Send Log to make sure you are not experiencing overages in your allotted service.  While small overages would not necessarily mean you should go to the next level, consistent larger overages might suggest you change the to the next level.  For example Decaf to Regular.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:150%;">To check your usage:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:150%;">Double click the Appointment Café icon on your Software-as-a-Service desktop, or the icon on the EMR Suite Attendant. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:150%;">Click on the Send Log tab.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:150%;">Choose one of the date ranges such as Today, or Last Month or enter your own date range.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:150%;">The number of messages processed for the desired date range will appear in the upper right of
