What is the Visit Recap report and how is it used?

Visit Recap

The Visit Recap report lists patients with Progress Notes for the specified date range. You may use the Visit Recap report along with the EMR Datacenter™ Transaction Recap report to verify all patients with notes have transactions.

Tools > Reports > Visit Recap

SmartDate
Quickly select a pre-defined date range.

From & Thru
Enter the date ranges for dates other than those in SmartDate.

Sort By
By default the report is sorted by the patient Last Name.
Optionally you may sort by Chart Number or Note Date/Time.

Click the OK button to view the report onscreen.

You can click the Printer icon to print the report
