MyEMR Plan Template for Modalities & Regions

When customizing text, you should rarely modify the factory default modality & region templates.  They are designed to accept any modality and any region, which gets merged into the template upon text generation.  These templates are published if you need to restore your plan templates to the factory default.

1. Go to Tools > Customize > Plan > Modalities.
2. Click on the Templates button.
3. Copy and paste the first factory template from below in the Templates box for the first iteration.
4. Use the right arrow in the Random Iteration # section to move to the next iteration.
5. If you changed that iteration, copy and paste the second Factory Template here.
6. Repeat until you have all the Factory Templates restored.
7. After customizing verbiage, go to Tools > Refresh Local Verbiage to copy the changes to the verbiage folder
