How do I print patient SOAP Notes? Can I Export a Patient's SOAP Notes to a fie instead of printing them?

MyEMR supports printing a patient's SOAP Notes either to paper or exporting them to an RTF file that can be downloaded and saved or attached to an email.  You may print individual notes, a select group of notes, a range of notes or ALL notes. 

MyEMR also supports "Batch" printing multiple patient notes by date range, Account Type, or Category (see SOAP Note Batch Printing).

Printing Patient SOAP Notes (paper)

Once a SOAP notes are expressed and saved, the notes are stored in the Prior tab on the Documents Window.  This is where you go to print patient SOAP notes. 

1. Click the Documents button in the upper right portion of the MyEMR for Windows.  
2. Click the Prior tab to view the saved SOAP notes.
3.  Click the Printer icon on the far right to bring up the Print Patient SOAP Notes dialog box.
