The Statistics Report allows you to view your statistics for a date range and/or specific prover as well as a summary of the current Collection Ratio and Accounts Receivable.
The Statistics Report consists of four (4) sections. Services/Products, Collections, Adjustments, and Summary.
This section reports all the services and products rendered for the selected date range and/or provider. The section is broken down by category and reports subtotals for patients and insurance and the overall total for each category. The report also shows the percentages of the total for each category.
The Collections section shows all the monies collected from patients and insurance. The patient collections are broken down by Cash, Credit Card, and Checks. The insurance collections are only by checks. Additionally, the collection section shows the percentage breakdown of each of the collection types.
The Adjustments include Write-Offs, Debit or Credit Memos, and any Transfers entered during the selected date range and/or for the specific provider.
The Summary consists of the current Collection Ratio, Current total Accounts Receivable, Current total and Accounts w/Credits by Patient, Insurance and Total.
This section reports the total number of new patients entered in the system for the selected date range and/or provider. Additionally, the New Patients section show the number of new patients for each Account Type.
The Appointment Statistics have been moved to a separate report (See Appointment Statistics).
This is the number of visit receipts processed for the selected date range and/or provider
Launch the Statistics Report by clicking on Tools > Reports > Statistic > Financial Statics to open the EMR Datacenter Statistics Wizard
In the EMR Datacenter Statistics Wizard: Click Select (1). Then use one of the Smart Date choices (e.g. Today, last year, etc.) or enter a custom date range (2). Choos All Providers or a specific Provider (3). Then click OK (4) to run the report.
