By default, when you create a Disk Image or print a batch of claims, EMR Datacenter automatically unchecks the Queue column. This prevents duplicate submissions or printouts.
However, you can still retrieve batches of claims that have already been submitted or printed. Each batch is timestamped with the exact date and time it was created—note that this may differ from the actual dates of service.
To locate a specific batch, you’ll need to estimate how many days ago it was created. This helps you define the correct Days Open range for retrieval.
Go to Tools > Insurance Manager or click the Insurance Manager icon on the left toolbar
Select the Claim Registry tab.
Choose the appropriate Form Type (e.g., DiskImage 0212 or CMS-1500 0212).
Click the Filter icon next to the Form Type.
In the Days Open fields, enter the date range (e.g., 0 and 2 for claims created in the last two days).

Check the All Claims box above the Days Open fields.
Click Display to view the matching claims.
Right-click any claim and select Queue All to requeue the entire batch.
Click the SAVE icon to generate a Claims0212 file or click the Printer icon to print paper claims.
