I can't fin the MyEMR SaaS Cloud Connector

The MyEMR SaaS Cloud Connector is used for uploading files to your Imagecenter as well as downloading the Disk Image and PatQuery files.  The Cloud Connector should load when you connect to your MyEMR SaaS login.  It is possible to move the Cloud Connector around on the screen and in some cases may be moved to where it is not visible.  To correct this, you need to Run:  'Set Cloud Position' from the Downloads on the SoftwareMotif.com website:

• Make sure you are logged off your Remote Desktop Connection.
• Go to http://SoftwareMotif.com.
• Click on Downloads.
• Click on Set Cloud Position and either Run, or Download then Run:  'SetupCloudPosition.exe.
• Follow the steps by choosing Next.
• Click Finish.
• The Cloud Connector will be in the upper Left corner when you login.
