I've lost my Cloud Connector for Imagecenter and downloading claims!

The MyEMR SaaS Cloud connector is used to upload files to a patient's Imagecenter and download the Disk Image claims and PatQuery.It is a 'floating' object on your local desktop so it can be moved around.  Sometimes it is accidentally moved off the visible part of the desktop either by dragging out of site or if the user decreases the screen resolution.

This issue can easily be resolved by running the SetuCloudPosition.exe from the link below

• Exit EMR Datacenter and/or MyEMR for Windows.
• Logoff the Remote Desktop by either double-clicking the Logoff icon on the Desktop or click START > Logoff.
• Click and Run this link:  http://www.swmotif.com/downloads/SetupCloudPosition.exe.
• When you log back into the Remote Desktop, the Cloud will be positioned in the upper left corner of your local Desktop.
