What is the EMR Suite Attendant?

The EMR Suite Attendant™ provides access to the suite of software products in your Software Motif™ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription.  

To launch the EMR Suite Attendant:

  • Log in to your SaaS account by double-clicking the MyEMR SaaS icon on your computer.  Enter your credentials if they are not saved.
  • Once on our SaaS Server, double-click the EMR Suite Attendant icon.
  • Make sure you are in the correct site number and chose your name from the Available Names or choose Default User
  • If you have a PIN enter it.  Note:  Default User typically does not require a PIN though one may be assigned for security.
  • Click OK.

The upper left corner of the EMR Suite Attendant™ will show the site number and the ID of the logged in user.

The programs on the EMR Suite Attendant™ are as follows (see picture below):

  1. EMR Datacenter - to launch EMR Datacenter® Practice Management.
  2. MyEMR. - to launch MyEMR® for Windows
  3. Padlock - to switch user login.
  4. EDI - to view saved Claims0212 electronic claim files.
  5. Calendar - to launch the (optional) Appointment Café® program.1

Click the appropriate icon to launch the desired program(s).
