How can I tell what my Appointment Café message usage is?

Depending on whether you are signed up for Decaf, Regular, or Bold, your Appointment Café subscription includes 300, 600, or 900 messages respectively per month.  It is a good idea to check your Send Log to make sure you are not experiencing overages in your allotted service.  While small overages would not necessarily mean you should go to the next level, consistent larger overages might suggest you change the to the next level.  For example Decaf to Regular.  

To check your usage:

  • Double click the Appointment Café icon on your Software-as-a-Service desktop, or the icon on the EMR Suite Attendant. 
  • Click on the Send Log tab.
  • Choose one of the date ranges such as Today, or Last Month or enter your own date range.
  • The number of messages processed for the desired date range will appear in the upper right of the screen.
